Rescued in Dubai · Rehomed worldwide

Adopt a Dubai street cat into a home in Europe.

Every cat we rescue is treated, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped at our Dubai foster sanctuary. We then handle the full EU and UK travel process — titre test, permits and flight — and deliver them straight to their new family.

2

Sanctuary Rehab & Passports

Cats undergo socialization in foster zones in Dubai while completing veterinary health checks and rabies blood titer tests to prepare for direct travel.

3

Direct Flight & Handoff

Cats travel directly from their Dubai foster home via registered pet relocation cargo to their adopters' houses, ensuring a safe, legal handoff.

For adopters in Europe & the UK

Adopting a Dubai cat into Europe is simpler than it sounds

Most people assume international adoption means months of forms, customs offices and unexpected bills. It does not. We handle every step of the export and import process and cover the veterinary and relocation costs. You choose your cat, pass a video home check, and meet them at the airport.

  1. 1

Apply & video home check — about 1–2 weeks

We walk through your home on video to check window meshes and balcony netting, then introduce you to your cat on a call.

  2. 2

Rabies titre test — then a fixed 3-month wait

Because the UAE is a non-listed third country, EU law requires a blood test at an approved lab and a three-month wait before travel. This is the part nobody can speed up — and the part we start immediately.

  3. 3

Health certificate & flight — final 10 days

An official veterinarian issues the EU Animal Health Certificate, and your cat flies from Dubai with a registered pet relocation company into a designated point of entry.

What is already done before your cat flies

Every cat leaves Dubai fully prepared. Nothing is left for you to arrange.

  • ISO 11784/11785 microchip, registered to you
  • Rabies vaccination and core vaccinations
  • Rabies antibody titre test at an EU-approved laboratory
  • Neutered or spayed, dewormed and flea treated
  • FIV and FeLV tested
  • Export permits and EU Animal Health Certificate
  • IATA travel crate and registered relocation agent
